3. Rental Agreement
When you rent a storage unit from us, you enter into a rental agreement that governs the terms of your storage rental. This agreement Outlines the Duration of the rental, rental fees, payment terms, access rights, and other Relevant terms and conditions.
4. Payment Terms
You agree to pay all rental fees and charges Associated with your storage rental in Accordance with the terms Outlined in your rental agreement. Payments may be made by Credit/debit card, bank transfer, or cash, as Specified by Storage Solutions Dubai.
5. Access and Security
You are responsible for Maintaining the security of your storage unit and Ensuring that only authorized individuals have access to your Belongings. You agree to comply with our access Policies and security procedures, including Providing valid Identification and access codes when required.

6. Prohibited Items
You may not store hazardous materials, illegal substances, firearms, explosives, flammable liquids, perishable goods, live animals, or any other items prohibited by law or our policies. We reserve the right to inspect your storage unit and remove any prohibited items at our discretion.
7. Insurance
While basic insurance coverage may be included with your storage rental, we strongly recommend obtaining additional insurance coverage for your stored belongings. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of stored items, except to the extent covered by applicable insurance policies.
8. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our storage services at any time for violation of these terms and conditions, non-payment of fees, or any other reason deemed necessary by Storage Solutions Dubai. In the event of termination, you agree to vacate your storage unit promptly and remove all belongings.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Storage Solutions Dubai shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way related to your use of our storage services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of property.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
